Cathodic protection of the Upper Lachine viaduct

As part of this repair work, CPI Corrosion, a subsidiary of LVM-Fondatec, was given the mandate to complete a turn-key project for the cathodic protection of Montreal’s Upper-Lachine Road overpass deck slabs, over the Décarie Highway.

Supervising the cathodic protection during deck repair work

Project specifications

This project was completed in collaboration with the construction general contractor, as well as with sub-contractors involved at each step of the project, including the preliminary measurements, design, supply and installation of cathodic protection materials, and the activation and annual follow-up of the system.
